KIPA – 2019 Summer Camp: Tuition Due Dates

  • Total Tuition:  US$_______.  Airfare is not included.  The program begins in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and ends in Newark Liberty International Airport.
  • $1,000 deposit is due with registration form and is included in the Tuition.
  • Balance is due by May 31, 2019.
  • Refund Policy:  For cancellations received before June15, 2019, $500 is not refundable.  After June 15, there are no refunds.
  • Early Bird Discount:  If full balance of tuition is paid by May 15, 2019, we offer a discount of $_____ per child.
  • Payment Method:  International bank transfer (details will be provided).

KIPA – 2019 Summer Camp: Other Information and Requirements

  • What forms will be required for my child to attend:
    • Registration form
    • Health form – completed and signed by a physician
    • Copy of your child’s health insurance card – front and back***All campers must have proof of International Health Insurance (KIPA can assist in obtaining)
    • Parent’s Authorization form
  • Are there any age restrictions for any camp activities?  YES:
    • At the time of registration, must be in Grades 6 – 8
  • United States Visitor B-2 Visa required
